Stagionatura Marchisio is based in Lurisia at 700 m a.s.l., in a prestigious ex hotel, built in natural stone almost 100 years ago at the foot of Mount Pigna.

The pure air from the mountain freshens the artisanal Marchisio cold cuts, aging slowly over time. 

Here the artisanal Marchisio cold cuts find their natural birthplace, refreshed by the pure air from the pinewood that surrounds the building and with the right humidity provided by the water for which Lurisia is known worldwide, they age slowly over time

Prosciutto Crudo di Cuneo D.O.P. and Prosciutto Crudo di Montagna Lurisia

Here in the Stagionatura Marchisio di Lurisia we produce and refine, with selected pork meat from a controlled supply chain, two delicious products: Prosciutto Crudo di Cuneo D.O.P. with its delicate and sweet taste, and Prosciutto Crudo di Montagna Lurisia with his defined and unique taste. 

The pork meat used for our production meets High Quality standards with the perfect organoleptic characteristics for the production of cured ham. The thighs from the controlled supply chain with Italian origin are carefully rubbed with salt by hand and followed with care through each production phase.
